Oh....Linda....We now have 2 sushi places, 1 Indian place, and 1 Thai place! I am soooooooo happy! I hate chain "American" food. I do go to one of the Mexican places (we have SIX) here in town regularly. But I am sooooo excited!
I normally drive to Louisville atleast once a month to eat Thai! Now all I have to do is drive less than 2 miles!!
I KNOW that sounds like no big deal to you people that live in the BIG city, but to us little country folk it is a HUGE deal!

The curry puffs are fantastic! When you go for lunch, they bring you a complimentary cup of the soup of the day. Yesterday was Thai Egg Drop. I HATE Chinese egg drop soup, but LOVED that. Not stringy like the Chinese version. I had the basil chicken (my standard to test new restaurants with....if they do a decent job on that simple dish then I know they atleast put forth effort). It was FANTASTIC! LOADS of flavor. The dumplings were tasty, but the peanut dipping sauce stole the show!

I don't think E'town is all that little! It's a pretty good-size town by Kentucky standards. I'm glad you're getting more good ethnic eats, though. Sounds like a road trip might be in order!
