Tamales

Does anyone know the business name of the woman that sells tamales at the St. Matthews Farmer's Market? I swore the name was "One Hot Tamale" or something like that. Had them this weekend for the first time, and really liked them. Reminded me of home! Definitely need to get my hands on more of them!

I think I just read somewhere that it's Susan Lukjan formerly of Campbell's Gourmet.

"Susan Lukjan's One Hot Tamale stand offers vegetarian and pork-filled spicy tamales" appeared in a C-J article about the farmers market.

Thanks everyone for the positive post!! I am currently at Beargrass Christian Church on Saturdays, Rainbow Blossom (Lexington Rd) on Sunday and Gray Street on Thursdays. Last Saturday I had 12 varieties. If you need information on anything, please email me at: OneHotTamaleOfLouisville@yahoo.com.
