New Japanese restaurants?

I’ve seen legal notices recently from two Japanese restaurants saying they plan to apply for liquor licenses. I’m guessing they’re new, since I couldn’t find much about them online, but I’m not familiar with the locations. The two places are:

Arata Japanese Restaurant, 9207 U.S. Highway 42, Suite D, Prospect

MASA Japanese Bistro & Sushi Bar, 12336 Shelbyville Road

I think the one in Prospect is going into the old J. Gumbo's location.

The one on Shelbyville road is some are in the plaza where feeders supply, etc is located. Quite a few empty spaces but I really haven't seen any work going on in that area yet.
