I've been there once (at the Summit) the food was too greasy, and the restaurant itself too busy and noisy for me.

It's nice that the family who came up with the idea and worked it is doing well though!

they are very smart about the concept, but the growth is worrisome. That is a lot of stores in a little amount of time. Quality control has to be a bitch. I have a hard enough time with 20 owner/operators, let alone 2K.

I hope they can keep that Mr. Toad's Wild Ride on track.

i have no desire to be in the restaurant business, but I would pay a class fee to watch you deal with 20 restaurants.
