Azalea-New Restaurant?

I hope whoever buys it, knows a good plumber.

From the Mayors office:
"To date IPL has not recieved any information as to the removal of this structure nor what will replace it-the code would require 30 days notice before a demo permit could be issued for a building of this age so as soon as we receive and application-the adjacent property owners will be notified as well as the property posted and council office notified."

I will look further into this and start whatever is necessary to save this building. It is such a lovely restaurant site. I certainly hope this is all rumor and another restuarant goes in there.

It's probably too expensive for any indie resturant to move into. That place has major plumbing issues. Walgreens is one of the few with deep enough pockets to fix everything.
