My brother Marshall and I have launched a Prime Rib dinner menu about a month ago that we are very pleased about. We are serving an 8oz. and 12oz. Prime Rib with salad and choice of family style side dish for $14 and $18 respectively, and an 8oz. Filet for $24. Each steak comes with your choice of toppings or styles as Marshall has coined it.
