Was so happy to hear that Holy Mole' was going to be parked just up the street from me at lunch today
and FINALLY got to try what I've heard others raving about! Had a majorly hard time choosing between the Rajas, Soft Shell Crab, Chorizo and Barbacoa tacos (alas, my stomach was only built to handle 2, not 3 or 4). Everything sounded great. Picked Chorizo and Soft Shell Crab, and everything was fantastic tasting! Thanks to the team at Park Community for supporting local business and allowing Holy Mole' to park at the Blankenbaker location...and if you're reading this nearby, you still have until 2pm to get your taco on!
