Top Chef Dinner at Seviche 8/9

Hey Everybody! We are so excited to be hosting a guest chef dinner here in our new private dining room next Tuesday, August 9TH.

Chef Eli Kirshtein, from season six of the Bravo network show Top Chef, will join Chef Lamas in the kitchen along with pastry chef Andrea Litvin and Bobby Benjamin, executive chef of The Oakroom.

Reception will start at 6:30 with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, dinner at 7:00.

Menu:
HORS D’OEURVES
Lamb “Chorizo” Albondigas, Grilled Lamb Hearts
Foie Gras Mousse- “Cherry Root Beer”
Crispy Lamb Shoulder Rillette

AMUSE BOUCHE
Albacore Tuna Tiradito- Watermelon, Yuzu, Chili Flake

FIRST COURSE
Sous Vide Tiger Prawns-Cauliflower, Tangerine, Black Garlic, Asparagus, Hazelnut

SECOND COURSE
Roasted Baby Beets- Capriole Goat Cheese, Flavors of Arugula, Champagne Mustard Vinaigrette

THIRD COURSE
Boneless Lamb Rib- Ras El Hanout, Tiny Roots

PRE-DESSERT COURSE
Cucumber Sorbet- Gin Drops, Black Pepper Sponge

DESSERT
“Arnold Palmer”- Sweet Tea Mousse, Lemon Chiboust


$100 per person includes wine pairings. Tax and gratuity not included.

This dinner is going to be great fun, with all of the chefs creating playful dishes using unusual techniques. We have limited availability as we are trying to keep this dinner very intimate. Call the restaurant for reservations, 502.473.8560

The chefs will be featuring lamb from Border Springs Farms in Virginia, where they raise grass-fed, Animal Welfare Approved, certified naturally grown sheep. They breed them to create lamb with a sweet fat profile and a delicate, yet earthy, meat flavor.
