Hope she did well. Certainly looks like she has a good background for the program, a psychology degree certainly won't hurt!

Yes, a psychology degree would be very helpful. Then, after appearing, you might not need to pay for a shrink for a few years.

I know it's all for show, but Hell's Kitchen has become even more abusive than in the past. It's very hard to watch. As opposed to some Ramsey's other shows where the critiques serve a productive purpose, much of the commentary (and throwing of items) is just destructive.

I think I agree with that assessment, but I'll need to go back and watch the first few seasons again to be sure.

That said, how many raw/burned scallops can a "professional" chef send you before you just lose it?
