by Ashley Isaacs » Mon Jul 18, 2011 4:52 pm

Christmas in July begins Sunday, July 24th at 1:00 PM. For being such exceptional beer drinkers year-round, join us and reward yourself with a libation, a gift to yourself in the form of an incredible brew! Inside at the main bar, we will be tapping a plethora of taste-bud temptimg, super appetizing, mouth-watering, and hoppily seductive brews of all sorts! Feel free to wear your Santa hat and join us for an amazing feast and some beers that could only be considered as a gift: Thirsty Dog Bourbon Barrel Aged Siberian Night Imperial Stout, Urthel Saisoniere, Gnomegang (collaboration of Chouffe and Ommegang), Three Floyds Black Heart IPA, La Trappe Quadrupel, Founders Devil Dancer, Three Floyds Apocolypse Cow, Dogfish SahTea, New Holland Dragon's Milk, Avery 18th Anniversary, New Holland Hatter Farmhouse, BBC Bourbon Barrel Aged Hell for Certain and much more! In bottles, we will be making available Sam Adams Utopias and Bells Hopslam.

Beers will be priced individually and there is no cover to attend, so stop in for one, or stick around and have several (please practice safe driving).

We added a beer to the list, Brooklyn The Concoction. Inspired by a favorite Scotch-based cocktail called “The Penicillin,” It has notes of peaty Scotch, ginger-infused honey, and lemon juice. It’s an improbable blend, but it’s delicious! 7.6% abv

Also, I can't wait to try the Bourbon Barrel Aged Hell for Certain from BBC. I had the opportunity to stop by the brewery and they thieved some beer right out of the barrel for us to taste. It was absolutely fantastic and I am anxiously awaiting the finished product!

Well, if you're looking for a Smirnoff Ice, this may not be the event for you ;)
