If the guy would take this to it's practical conclusion and ban cell phone yammering adults, I'd make the drive up there to dine...Weekly.

We could probably run a weekly bus trip! With the two most aggravating interruptions to dining eliminated it would become quite enjoyable. Now if we could just get rid of the noise and get cold water everything would be perfect! :P
