Here is Baxter Station's 20th anniversary menu for July

From Andrew Hutto at Baxter Station: “We will feature these items in 'full force' starting july 5th... plus we will have ten bottles of wine for $20.”

20th Anniversary Dinner Menu

Salads:
Spinach & Strawberry – Baby spinach, strawberries, bleu cheese & toasted almonds tossed in sweet onion/sesame vinaigrette.

Pear & Bleu Cheese – Port wine poached pears, blue cheese, walnuts & baby greens drizzled with port wine reduction.

Sandwiches:

Ragin' Cajun
Grilled andouille sausage topped with sauteed onions, bell peppers, and pepper jack cheese. Served on a toasted hoagie with Cajun aioli. $9.95

Oyster Po' Boy
House breaded select oysters, fried & served on a toasted hoagie with Cajun aioli.

Pasta:
Grilled Chicken Pesto Linguine – Grilled chicken breast, tomatoes, mushrooms & linguine with house made pesto.

Blackened Chicken Linguine – Blackened chicken & linguine tossed in a sweet chili cream sauce.

Portabella & Pistachio Pasta – Sun-dried tomatoes, portabella mushrooms, spinach, pistachios & linguine tossed in roasted garlic butter sauce.

Entrees:

Bouillabaisse – Seasonal fish, mussels & shrimp in a rich broth of tomato, leek & fennel served over linguine.

Tuna Au Poivre -
Peppercorn crusted ahi tuna, seared & drizzled with balsamic reduction over black-eyed pea cassoulet, rice & spinach cracklings.


Ginger Salmon – Citrus/soy marinated wild salmon, pan seared & topped with pickled ginger. Served with rice pilaf & mixed vegetables.

Parmesan Crusted Tilapia - Sautéed fillet of Parmesan crusted tilapia, drizzled with lemon infused balsamic reduction. Served over rice pilaf with mixed vegetables.

Filet – Grilled to order choice beef filet topped with sautéed crab and chipotle hollandaise. Served with mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables.


Appetizers:
Peppercorn Filet – Peppercorn crusted beef tenderloin served over a black bean cake with sweet chili sauce and roasted corn relish. 9.95

Fried Oysters – Select fresh oysters rolled in our house cracker meal breading & fried with a side of creamy avocado vinaigrette. $Mkt.

Fried Green Tomatoes – Cornmeal breaded slices of green tomato, lightly fried & served with roasted corn relish. $6.95
