Chesapeake Bay recommendations (quick please)

Any VA Beach recommendations would also be appreciated. (Lunch or Dinner) and doesn't need to be quick, will be here all week.

Well, it wasn't quick but I checked with a friend who was stationed in VA Beach. He recommends a place in Cape Charles called Sting Rays. In VA Beach proper he reports anything near the beach (go figure ). For breakfast he says not to miss Doc Taylor's.

The closest I've been is Norfolk and we didn't stay long as we were headed to the Outer Banks. Enjoy!
