sushi around hurstbourne

by Brad Hayden » Wed Jun 22, 2011 11:16 am

I'm going to be near the liquor barn on Hurstbourne and I'm looking for some sushi recommendations.

Sorry Robin if I'm doing this wrong, I tried a search and it just didn't seem narrow enough lol.

Shogun is right there. Taylorsville and Hurstbourne intersection.

The last time I was in Shogun they had the dirtiest carpeted floor and a filthy bathroom. I know that's not a bearing on how the food might be..but it's enough for me. I ate at one of the big tables and did not have sushi, but it was nothing memorable.

It's fine, Brad! Asking food questions is one of the things we do here! 8)

I've never been and I don't know anything about it, but I have seen a place called Ichiban (Lynn Station Rd around Plainview) from I64 whenever I pass Hurstbourne.

I'll save you a few keystrokes and a Google search!

Thanks!!

We ended up at shogun tonight anyway, because it was so convenient to head over to old chicago after for a beer or 2. I swear that world beer tour tally never seems to ever get higher for me lol
