The opening last night was absolutely fantastic, Chef Lamas and his team pulled out all the stops in introducing Louisville to their beautiful new space. With it's new private dining room and lounge Seviche has further cemented itself as a destination restaurant in Louisville and Kentuckiana. Thank you Chef and team! The food was fantastic and I'm quite envious of your new kitchen.

We had a great time at the preview, and were so glad we came, tornadoes and all. The party just carried on, the attendees taking little notice of the warnings across the screen and torrential rains outside. We figured we were in as good a place as any. It was great to see Gary, Gayle and Jesse - Hotbyters who were, like me, moths to a flame. The renovations are gorgeous, and I can't wait to spend some quality time in the plush new cocktail lounge area.

The new space is just beautiful! And the kitchen may be the envy of the entire city. We went again last night to eat outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. A couple of seviches, the big eye tuna special and the fish tacos were simple perfection. It's just a remarkable place. Continued success chef!

I wish I had been able to get out of a work commitment in time to see it. If It's anything close to the quality and design integration of phase 1, I'd say it's lovely. I can't wait to get back up there. Congrats Anthony!
