MozzaPi is welcome back anytime.

We are in the works with another visit from the San Diego Sandwich truck, Busta Grill, Holy Mole, and Punk Taco. The goal is to make it an every Friday event, with other days thown in to fit the trucks schedules.

Let me know when you have an opening again, Morels would love to make an appearance

I was off today and drove out to find Holy Mole. Got there at 12:06, they were already out of fish, out of red sauce, out of soft shell crab, so I ordered a pastor taco with pineapple and a chicken mole taco. $3.50 ea. It took 30 minutes to get my tacos though . There were exactly 10 people ahead of me, each ordering one or two tacos. As I was waiting 10 more people wandered up. By 12:30 they were out of Mexican coke, out of pastor... Is it me, or should truck food be a little more speedy? I know it's just one guy in the truck preparing the food and one order taker, but by the time you roll in shouldn't all the stuff be ready to go into the tortillas? It's just a matter of assemblage? Anyhow, it was good, the tortillas were a little "steamy" for my taste, but the meat was tasty. I think If I had been on my lunch break I'd have been upset at the wait.
