Yuengling, for their size, has a very tiny distribution area. Places much closer to than here cant get them either. Self-distribution laws have little effect on out of state brewers.

I had Yuengling at a little Italian-American joint in Cape Canaveral, but of course, the Florida Atlantic Coast pretty much IS New York, New Jersey and Pennsy.
