Insider Lousiville reported that Galettes, a French patisserie will open next to the KFC Yum! Center arena. The Hillbilly Tea owner is behind this. Does anyone know more about this? Do I sense a trend in french cuisine finally?

It's been a year, and no more work in the space that was to be
Galette's. Anyone know more? Is it dead?
