The Wine Rack, 2632 Frankfort Ave., will host a local and sustainable wine tasting at 7:30 p.m. today, June 3, for the benefit of Sustainable Agriculture of Louisville.
Guest speaker Mary Berry-Smith will discuss local farming, and her husband Chuck Smith will present three wines from Smith-Berry Winery. John Johnson, owner of The Wine Rack, will present three other local wines.

Proceeds will support the programs of Sustainable Agriculture of Louisville, including:
1.Gardening Camps for Children ( four-one week camps).
2. March to October Aspiring Farmer Training Program. SAL trains approximately 10 aspiring farmers per year and immerses 50+ children in gardening, food preparation and cooking.
3. Helping refugee families gain access to land, and training faith communities and SAL volunteers in community gardening.
