Oakroom features Copper River salmon June 6-10

The Oakroom at the Seelbach hotel will offer a "From River to Restaurant" menu featuring Alaskan Copper River salmon and West Coast wines from Monday, June 6 through Friday, June 10.

Fresh Copper River salmon is available three to four weeks each year in late May and early June. Special menus featuring this seasonal fare will be offered throughout the period, with a special Copper River Salmon dinner and wine pairing prepared by Oakroom Chef Bobby Benjamin on Friday, June 10.
