Other very complimentary article and excellent pictures. The pictures themselves will draw in a lot of people.

Stopped in tonight (Sat) just long enough to drop something off to Mark...They were freakin slammed. I think I heard someone say wait times of over an hour.

Whew! I just got cut for the night, and we were in a groove thumpin out the orders. We have an awesome staff. I'm not sure what the wait times were but our ticket times were awesome. So many beautiful pizzas went out. I think 50% of the pizzas I made at Coals in the last week were Brownsboros a.k.a. Pepperoni/Basil/Fresh Mozz. Now, pepperoni is always popular but that is one sexy pie in the CJ photo. The Thai pizza is another tasty favorite of mine. Be on the lookout for new pies we may be adding to the menu!

That pizza looked divine! (I'm sick and not feeling like eating much, but I'd take a Brownsboro NOW!...at 2:15 am!!) :P

We have GOT to get out there and try this.

Robin, I'm like you...either we're missing part of the article or Coal's is missing some of their stars! :?

We went at 4:55pm, me knowing that there would be high demand be, especially from the reach of the CJ and to a lesser extent LEO. It was a good call, as there was a dining-room-full line of people there waiting at 5pm.

First, important non food related news, my family and I personally spotted Dianne Sawyer and her mom also arriving right at 5pm. Dianne was intently watching the telecast of The Preakness on NBC :)

The two pizzas and wings were great, obviously there's not much more to say on that front.

Dianne and her mother were in, dined and out pretty quickly. I don't think Dianne had any makeup on and I didn't see anyone go up to their table. I'm not sure if she was not recognized or folks simply left her alone. In any case, it's good that they dined without being bothered.
