$12,000 a month for Bardstown Road is extremely low. No wonder they aren't able to keep the doors open. That would get swallowed up in a jiffy with utilities, wages, vendors, insurance, etc etc.

When I see Bardstown Road I think more about the urban end near the loop-ish. This place it out near the Watterson exchange. Not exactly the highly-walkable part of Bardstown Road.
