Vienna beef dogs & Poppyseed buns

by Mark P » Thu May 19, 2011 12:18 pm

Any ideas as to where I can get my hands on some Vienna dogs and poppyseed hotdog buns to make at home?

The store locator part of the Vienna website is not working.

Contact Dan Thomas or Steve P

Lonnies also sells them.

Lonnie's will sell you the Poppy seed rolls. They will also sell "neon" green relish, etc, etc. Supposedly Restaurant Depot sells V.B. dogs but after calling them I'm a little bit confused...I get the impression talking to them on the phone is that what they carry are the "jumbo" dogs but I could be wrong. Haven't had time to get down there and check it out...Maybe next week.

BTW...Just got delivery of an order of V.B. Sport Peppers and "Chicago Style" Green Relish that I ordered through Amazon (which I ordered BEFORE I knew you could get the stuff at Lonnies). Spendy little order it was.
