Re: genny's diner owner arrested scuffle with comfy cow

The title had me thinking he actually scuffled with a cow! Actually it was much worse than that because he scuffled with an undercover police officer. Sounds like he should have probably read the contract for the sale before he signed it. Of course after everything else he's done it's kind of the norm for him.

Didn't we start hearing about Comfy Cow taking over this location at least 6 months ago? How much time does he need to get his stuff out for crying out loud! It's not as if this sale happened overnight!

Trouble just seems to follow Faris, or at least he and it are present together more often than not.

What a shame too, he had a neighborhood institution for the longest time and it just got away from him.

I know one of the Comfy Cow owners, Roy, he used to be my partner at work. Roy and Tim are 2 of the nicest guys you will ever meet. I am sure they gave Mr. Faris the opportunity to get out his personal stuff. IMO, Mr. Faris never really wanted to sell and he got backed into a corner of his own making. Now he realizes he is not going to own it and he acts out. He has gone from colorful character to a figure of pity and ridicule. What a shame for him and his family. :(
