I realize its a tent or space issue, and it wont stop me from being there either way, but I like the way Great Taste does it to prevent crowding.

Rob,
We are actually breaking things out a lot more than we have in the past, where we've put everything under the one large tent. A lot of the breweries coming have either vehicles they can pour from, or have smaller pop up tents, so we are going to move them all out of the tent and have a separate area for them, and we are also putting all the raffle items into a separate tent as well, so we will have a lot more room to move around in the tents than we have in the past.
I looked this year into getting smaller tents, rather than the one large one we have been using, but the costs were going to be more than double what we are currently paying, so rather than going that route and taking money away from the charity, we're going to try what I described above. It should be a whole lot better than what you've had to deal with in the past.

Link to a google docs spreadsheet with the program info in sortable form.
I added style info (from BeerAdvocate.com) and grades from BA.com and also scores from ratebeer.com.
Its sorted by style/RB score right now. I find it the most useful way to use it. I tend to get on a style kick and want to try them all - last year it was saisons.

If anyone on the forum attended and has feedback, both good or bad, please let me know. We always like to tweak things any way we can to make things better for the next year.
Thanks,
Todd
