I saw some place else where this truck was now in town. I'm not Vegan so literally doesn't interest me but it certainly seems like their menu on the website is very limited. Not sure if they have other items not listed or???

Ditto. Just thought it was interesting to have another food truck rolling. Vegan's taste funny.

I'm not even sure a bacon-wrap would help.

LOL at the above comments..

I went there last night and spoke with Stan (super cool bro) and tried out the ban-mi hot dog. Now, I need to admit that I may be the furthest thing from a vegan (however, as a health option, I totally respect it) due to the fact that I will eat a meat sandwich with meat bread with a side of meat gravy to drink. I love tasty animal murder. With that said I can summarize my experience at Morel's by saying...

I loved it. I loved the ban-mi take on the hot dog. The julienned, marinated, crunchy carrots, daikon, cucumber, and poblano pepper over the seasoned veggie dog covered in the heavenly Siracha mayo.. 3 bucks. Cheap, tasty, and relatively healthy. Get over the vegan fear. Go see Stan. It's good stuff.

You honestly never really know what Stan is going to have. He has been showcasing different specials each outing. We have done several events together and he always brings something different. Vegan brats and he was even doing some kim-chi (sp?) the other day.

He changes it up quite a bit. He did Grouchos and now he is at the Nach Bar, AND he will be at Abbey Road on the River.

Plus he has been focusing alot on pumping out his wraps that sell at Rainbow Blossom and Heine Brothers.. that has been going over really well.
