14 Local Chefs paired with 14 Local Farmers equals 1 Unforgettable Event!
Enjoy a tasting menu from top local Chefs showcasing some of our finest local foods - from organic mushrooms and artisan cheeses, to Bourbon Red turkey and aged Country Ham. The event is an opportunity to meet Chef Alice Waters, Wendell Berry and other speakers of the Healthy Food, Local Farms Conference, talk to local Chefs and Farmers, and enjoy an evening of great local food and music. An unforgettable evening!
The event is sponsored by Slow Food Bluegrass and the Sierra Club and will be held on September 28th at 6:00 p.m. at the Waldeck Mansion, 5900 W. Hwy. 22, Crestwood, Kentucky. The event is $30 per person; pre-registration required by September 15th.
