Activity in the old Applebee's at Ormsby Station

I noticed over the last few days work has been going on at the former Applebee's location right Hurstbourne at Ormsby Park Place. Anyone have any word on what's going in there?
I am the original Mike G, never mind the impostor.

I am kind of a big deal.
