Easter Brunch at Seviche

by Bill Veneman » Mon Apr 25, 2011 9:48 am

Easter Sunday, we decided we needed to get out and doing something that is not on the usual routine, so I made reservations for Brunch at Seviche.

To say that Chef Lamas went above and beyond with a delecious buffet would be an understatement. Each offering was more enticing than the last. The Maple Bourbon Walnut Frenchtoast was probably the most tasty rendition of frenchtoast that I'd ever tried. And I pigged on the Shirmp Siviche, as well as the pork roast.

Keep in mind my foodie friends....they are going it again for Mother's Day.
If life's a Banquet, what's with all the Tofu?

Cheers!

We had this at the New Years brunch. It is exceptional.
