Spinelli's Open Downtown

by Brad Keeton » Tue Apr 19, 2011 11:23 am

According to Broken Sidewalk:

http://brokensidewalk.com/2011/04/19/sp ... -downtown/

Only open until 5pm? I thought they would want to capitalize on drunk 4th Street Live folks, not just the lunch crowd.

EDIT: According to the Business First article, they're open until 5AM.

Broken Sidewalk needs to reread their referenced sources. The Biz First article says they will be open from 11am to 5am, like the other locations.

I edited the original post to reflect the Biz First article.

So since work is blocking broken sidewalks as a "personals site" and Biz First requires a subscription, when does this actually open? I welcome this new pizza delivery option to my home in Jeffersonville.

I am kind of a big deal.

My son is the manager of the Goose Creek store. I will see if he can talk to Brian the owner of Spinelli's about Indiana delivery. They just may not of thought of the potential business.

Kind of makes you wonder where Business First got the idea that they were going to deliver to Indiana ...

Having been in the delivery business for years, there may be an insurance/legal issue with crossing state lines.

That's fine and I honestly wouldnt have inquired if it hadnt been in what little of the article I could see that they were going to deliver to IN.

Along the same lines Wes, I wouldnt call the downtown Impellizeri's and ask for delivery, it wouldnt cross my mind unless you posted here that the location was starting it or it was posted in the store. I do appreciate that there's finally one close enough to my house to realistically get carryout though.

No worries, Jeff! The basic news about Spinelli opening was really the key. All the rest is just committee work.

You're certainly right Robin, the Business First article definitely says that they will be delivering to Jeffersonville! I wonder if that changed for the insurance reasons mentioned above or??
