Marketplace to Ghyslain

Went to Marketplace for the opening of their outdoor dining tonight which was fabulous. Perfect night weather wise to open the outdoor space. Great space. The kitchen sent out many sample hors d' oeuvres including several great pizzas and a wonderful risotto ball filled with peas and a center of cheese. And even though Dallas was not present due to the arrival of his new born son either over the weekend or on Monday, I had the most fabulous burger of the day garnished with no less than pork bellies. It was awesome. Great flav. Then off to Ghyslain for a bite of exquisite chocolate. Turtle or truffle, all excellent choices. What a great night in the 'Ville! Marketplace (Theatre Square) opened the patio last week (though the official "opening" celebration was last night) - we had lunch there on Friday and dinner there on Saturday. It is definitely one of the better outdoor spaces in the city. They have done great work.

Thanks a ton for the kudos you guys. We have been working really hard on making a fun place for people to go when downtown. Please feel free to say hello when you are in Marketplace. I would love to meet the those of you that I don't know already. Thanks! Dallas
