At lunch today I heard someone talking about Dean Corbett's newest venture. He is starting a produce company and will source his products from grateful greens, foods in season, Ky mushroom company, piazza produce, Stanley brothers produce, Horton produce and paul's fruit market. I'm not sure if it will be opened to non restaurant people but it sounds like a great concept for him.

His facility will be located on Bishop lane and says the website will be up in a week.
