Limestone

Stopped by Limestone on Saturday, and as usual the food and service were exceptional. There were only a small handful of tables on a Saturday evening at around seven, which is a bit worrisome. I have always thought they are in a difficult location (I have talked to several non-foodies who were completely unaware of their existence even though they pass by regularly). If you haven't been, go check them out. Food is local (when possible), menu is seasonal, and the chef does a great job of taking dishes from other regions and giving them a southern flare.

I totally agree with you, Mr. Gaines.

We've also noticed recently that the crowds there have certainly been much smaller recently. Not sure what has changed, if it's the economy or something else?
