A new addition....

Congratulations are in order to the newest member of our little community. Chef Dallas McGarity and his lovely wife Laura are the proud new parents of Davis Franklin McGarity. Who is is 21.5 inches long and weighed 9lbs 14 oz !

That is one big baby. Congratulations!

Thanks alot everyone! I have been a little pre-occupied with the no sleep, poopy diaper, and getting to know my little monkey phase of having a little one and certainly kudos to Laura for giving birth to our 10 lb son! There are lots of pics of the little guy on facebook, so just friend me if you guys want to see some. Thanks and hope to see some of you all very soon!

They had no idea how big Jay was, which was ridiculous as I had been going for appointments and they measured him. At one point the Doctor said, "We have to get this baby out now" By this time I was just over the whole thing!! People from all over Nortons were talking about him and going to see him in the nursery. This was 10 years ago and he is now 4;9 and weighs 87 pounds.
