Now at Boombozz: Carnitas pizza!

by Robin Garr » Fri Apr 08, 2011 9:48 pm

Fusion pizza! Gotta love it ...

Boombozz Pizza Introduces Baja Carnitas Pizza

Boombozz Famous Pizza, introduces savory Baja Pork Carnitas pizza for a limited time at all locations. Carnitas, a traditional Mexican favorite, consists of pork, seasoned in a zesty blend of chipotle, pasilla and Mexican chiles and then slow-cooked until tender and juicy. The Baja Carnitas Pizza is topped with slow simmered pork carnitas, creamy ranchero sauce, caramelized peppers and onions with fresh roma tomatoes, Asiago and Mozzarella cheeses, served with a side of roasted corn relish and garlic sour cream.

"We are delighted to bring our version of pork Carnitas to Boombozz customers," says Tony Palombino, Boombozz Founder and CEO. "Boombozz is known for serving distinctly flavored pizzas, and this new product will certainly meet the expectations of our customers."

The Baja Carnitas Pizza will be offered for a limited time.

You know what I would absolutely love? A Boombozz buffet. Even if it were just a one time thing. (Or maybe pizza by the slice?) I want to try all of these interesting pies, but not sure I want to risk a whole pizza on the ones I'm iffy on. I think this particular one will make the cut, however. :D

Special $9.99 price for HotBytes fans!

by Robin Garr » Fri Apr 08, 2011 11:36 pm

Okay, here's a deal from Tony P:

Facebook and Twitter followers can get the Carnitas pizza for $13.99 at any property. But HotBytes folks can get an even better deal: One Carnitas pizza for just $9.99 by mentioning Hotbytes - at Frankfort Avenue Boombozz only.

At BoomBozz, it all started with the desire to create pizzas that the world had never imagined. With the Famous Creation tour, we're getting back to basics. For one price, you can enjoy the taste of every one of our famous creation pizzas in our unique table-side buffet where our servers bring the creations to you. We'll also have special pricing on great beverages to pair with your pie including craft beer, imports, and other libations you may have never considered drinking with pizza.

The Famous Creation Tour takes place in our Frankfort Avenue location on Monday, April 18 and Tuesday, April 19 starting at 6:30pm. Seating is limited and RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED! Call Brian Hall at 640-4580 to reserve your space and enjoy tastes from all over the pizza spectrum!
