Saturday we will be featuring Chef Harold's State Fair Blue Ribbon recipe of Blackened Strip steak with a brandy curry cream sauce. Accompanied by watermelon, cucumber and apple salad. This special will run from Saturday Sept. 1-Saturday Sept. 8th.
