I had an outstanding dinner at the NA Exchange recently.

The waitress advised they would be switching to a Spring Menu soon, so I'm not sure if what I had is still on the menu.

We had the Bourbon Beer Cheese and Chipolte Hummus appetizers. I've had them both before and they were both outstanding once again. One small point, I've had to order more pretzel bread each time I've eaten here.

My friend and I both ordered the Black and Blue Sirloin. I think the price was $17. Within the past month, I have had steaks from 3 local restaurants that were over $30. NA Exchange's was much better.

This is one hell of a steak, especially at this price. I know it's viewed as blasphemy, but I like steaks medium well. It was still extremely tender.

The steak was served with a wine reduction sauce, that I originally thought was some sort of raspberry sauce. I may have overlooked it, but I don't recall seeing this on the menu. I'm glad that I overlooked it or that it wasn't listed, because I would have asked for it to be left off since I'm not a wine drinker. The wine reduction was amazing and really enhanced the steak. My last glass if wine was Boone's Farm when I was a 16 highschool kid, maybe it's time to give it another chance.

Troy,
Thank you for the kind words about the NA Exchange. Yes it is true, our Black & Bleu Sirloin is topped with gorgonzola and a red wine reduction, glad you enjoyed it. And yes we do get a lot of requests for extra pretzel with our bourbon beer cheese and hummus, but I'll have to pass that blame that one on Klaus, the pretzel baker, for making such a wonderful product. I sometimes will just eat a loaf as my lunch. My favorite day of the week is when he shows up with his warm pretzel loafs right out of the oven! We will be featuring our new spring/summer menu soon so there will be many changes the menu. One that I can't wait for is new sandwich featuring a new pretzel bun! Next time your in please introduce yourself, I would like to thank you in person.

Justin....Although both are outstanding, I'd recommend the Chipolte Hummus over the bourbon beer cheese. I'd also recommend getting both.

The wife and I had dinner at NA Exchange Sat. night and were very impressed. The place looks great and the food tasted great. We had the bison chili, wings, bourbon beer cheese, and burger. The chili and wings are right up there with the best in the area. The bourbon beer cheese is a must for bourbon lovers, very intense bourbon flavor. The burger is very solid, as are the house made chips and slaw.

The beer and cocktail lists are very good and fairly priced. The cocktail prices probably have the best value in the area. $5 - $6 for a hand crafted cocktail is almost unheard of.

Overall, very well done.

Roger, I try to picture you eating wings. I just can't. How do you keep the sauce from offending your chin and collar?

It surely does offend, guaranteed.

I am one of the sloppiest eaters in recorded history, a fact that my wife never tires of reminding me. I should wear a bib at all times whenever remotely near food, because I will find a way to spill it on my beard, my clothes or those unfortunate enough to be standing nearby.

Wings, therefore, are among my most cherished of edibles. I am a veritable Tasmanian Devil of wing consumption. It gets ugly. Sauce flies, bones stack, and beer is gulped.

What was the question again?
