Goose Creek has a Hot Brown on their menu. Come Back Inn has a tasty Italian Hot Brown.

Captain's Quarters does a very good one and the weather is certainly getting appropriate for dining on their deck. Austin's also does a pretty good one.

Cottage Cafe in "old" Middletown, just off Shelbyville Road has a very tasty Hot Brown. I believe they only serve it on Thursdays, so you might want to check ahead.

Gary's on Spring has a Baby Hot Brown appetizer that is stellar. My wife gets it frequently as her entree. I've had enough samples from her plate to agree with her assessment.

I'm in love with the Hot Brown at the Science Hill Inn in Shelbyville.

The Italian Hot Brown at Come Back Inn is always excellent, albeit slightly different with prosciutto and ciabatta. It is a large portion, as well, which is not a problem as the leftovers are good with a fried egg on top the next day.

I suppose someone should mention John Castro's NOT Brown - a seafood delight - at Winston's. I assume it's still on the menu.

Will,

....and Westport General Store is where my lovely wife had it for the first time. Love your place and have been multiple times with clients, friends, and in-laws to prove it's worth the drive. Never had anyone disagree after a meal with you all. I just assumed the OP wanted someplace that was open when he posted.

Looking forward to April 15 and we'll be out to see you all again soon.

Doug
