Taco trucks

Looking for a couple of good taco trucks to try. I remember talk of one called Las Gorditas, but dont recall the location/hours. Any others would be appreciated as well.

Las Gorditas sets up in the parking lot of the Eastland Shopping Center at the corner of Bardstown Road and Watterson Trail. They're generally there Friday, Saturday and Sunday from about 3 p.m. on; I've seen them set up as late as 11 p.m. or so.

I was just there yesterday. They are going to be open Thursday - Sunday starting April 14.
