Are you Ready To RUMBLE?

by Deb Hall » Sun Mar 20, 2011 2:33 pm

Folks,

Rumble is tomorrow and it should be a blast! I've heard from multiple restaurants that they've honed their recipe, and are planning on being the winner- big question is who's going to take top honors????

Anybody willing to give us a sneak peek at what their entry is?

Don't miss out folks- if you haven't bought tickets yet- you can still buy them today. ( Just click on the ad on Hotbytes - Thanks, Robin!)

Maybe he taught how to swim! That would negate the need for new bridges.

It would be inappropriate for me to predict a winner...but if I were a betting man, my money would be on Bill from Shady Lane. No !...Wait...I'd put my money down on Selena's. Hmmmm....on second thought how about I'm thinking BBC....Ahhhh what the hell, it's a toss up until the bell rings. All I know for sure is that it's gonna be a good time.

Excited to go tomorrow and meet some of you! This is slightly off topic..but somewhat related. Just wanted to let everyone know that April 1st is Autism Awareness Day. So this event is in perfect time. Autismspeaks.org is encouraging everyone to change their porch light to a blue bulb in honor of the day. Home Depot is selling specially packaged bulbs for $1.68 and part of the proceeds go to that organization.

Can't wait to see Dave Clancy and his Kilt....

Is he doing this just to get out of putting effort into his chowder?

Dave,

Ya know a truly resourceful Chef would have found a store which sold Catholic school uniforms and went in and purchased a plaid skirt (aka "Kilt") in the appropriate size. I can only hope your culinary creativity is somewhat more finely tuned.  :P
