Hiko-a-mon fund raising for Japan quake relief

by Aaron Newton » Thu Mar 17, 2011 2:09 pm

Just got an e-mail that Hiko-a-mon is donating 10% of every purchase to the Japanese Disaster Relief Fund. Thought some might like to know. Pass it on!

We went by tonight. Japanese is a great choice on St. Patrick's - quiet and relaxed. Besides donating 10% of everything, they are donating half the cost of selected items to MS research - the Jennifer Roll and drinks like a Jenniferpolitan. They also have a collection box at the front counter.
Oh - the food and wine were very good, too.

I had forgotten about the MS fundraising. That's been going on quite a while, I'm impressed they've kept it going for so long.

Ward - we were also there Thursday night and sat at the bar. Food was great. We sat next to Chef Looi of Asiatique/August Moon. I had my usually crunch munch and hub had the special "angle roll". We also split the beef tataki and it was excellent as well.
