I've heard they have the same problem that the Nachbar and Seidenfaden's have. Some kind of noise ordinance issue that comes from the neighbors that move next to bars and complain about live music.

Us old timers remember this building as the original Heitzman's Bakery. The upstairs room was called the "Golden Room"... Attended many a wedding reception there as a kid . Everyone in the neighborhood got married at St. E's and had their reception upstairs at Heitzman's.
