I'm going to "sort of" disagree on this one as I have seen it first hand. It stands to reason the restaurant must be consistently doing something(s) wrong and repeatedly putting out bad experiences for it to fail. That is, if it fails because of it's food/service. Restaurants also fail because of bad business management and practices. Don't get me wrong, critics do have clout , but one bad review crashing a restaurant? Nah, there's always something more going on.
