Bowman's BBQ

Tried this place today and it has moved to #1 on my BBQ list. We had the pulled pork and brisket. Both were moist and delicious with a nice smoke flavor. I called in our order and it was ready in 5 minutes. I can't comment on service other than that, as the place is carry-out only. If you are in the area I recommend you give it a try.

I'll give them a try, as I pass there often.

Looks like the location of the old Rib Tip Tony's, which was always excellent.

It is very close, just a bit west of the old Rib Tip Tony's. I think the Rib Tip Tony's building is now a donut shop. I'm enjoying leftover brisket as I'm typing this, even better today.
