Brown Hotel Sunday Tea Spring Menu with pianist Nada Loutfi
A new spring menu will begin March 6 for Sunday Tea in the Brown Hotel's Grand Lobby, with seating at 3:30 p.m. Sunday Tea includes the Classical Hour of Piano from 4-5 p.m., featuring classical pianist Nada Loutfi
The prix fixe tea menu by Executive Chef Laurent Géroli includes finger sandwiches of Black Forest ham on toasted sourdough bread, egg with artichokes and chives on rye, and lemon and red pepper hummus on nine-grain cereal bread. Sweet courses are blueberry scone with Devonshire cream, mini coffee éclair, kiwi tartlet with yuzu pastry cream, white chocolate mousse brownie. A selection of Novus teas is served
Seating is $15 per person, not including 6% sales tax and 20% gratuity.
