There is a new sign up at the old Uno's location on Bardstown Road:
T Bone'z Southwestern Grill and Saloon
When I first saw the banner, I only saw "Bone'Z", and thought that it was going to be a barbeque place. Then the banner was replaced by a real sign, and I spotted the "Southwestern Grill and Saloon" part. A third look, and I noticed the "T".
Does anyone know what is being planned? The only reference I can find for it implies that the same people who ran the Buffalo Wings and Rings restaurant at that location are also running T Bone'z.
