Cocos Lokos suggestions

Anything that's a must try? We decided to go there for our belated Valentine's dinner. We love Havana Rumba, but wanted to try someplace a little different.

We were just there last weekend - I had the Lechon Adobado, and it was very tasty. My husband had the Cuban sandwich with sweet potato fries, and pronounced it delish. I tried the fries, and they are great. Enjoy!!

I have to tell you that earlier I asked for date places under $50 and got the greatest suggestions. However, I married a "good ol boy" and the look on his face was priceless when I suggested the "small plates" option at several mentioned options. I've definitely expanded his tastes..but he's still a "I need my own plate of food/complete meal" type of guy.

I think they have the best roast pork sandwich. HR's is too "chopped" but Cockos is more shredded and great flavor.

Lomo Saltado - VERY tasty. I get the potatoes on the side.
My memory's not as sharp as it used to be.

My absolute fvorite is the Bocadito de cerdo sandwich. Hands down makes me smile every single time! Fried pork - avocado - mojo sauce on divine Cuban bread.
