Down & Derby Party is held at the Louisville Water Tower Derby night. All proceeds go to the WINGS Clinic. The WINGS Clinic treats all patients with HIV/AIDS regardless of ability to pay. Money raised by Down & Derby is specified for patient medications and laboratory tests. Down & Derby is a 501 C 3 not for profit organization.
