This looks like a fun idea! Pairing various foods with both a red and a white wine to get a hands-on (or nose-on?) experience in how wine matching works.

Come for a fun and delicious evening of food and wine pairing and a little wine education to boot! The evening will feature wines from 6 different countries and each course will be paired to a white and a red wine, showcasing just how versatile food & wine pairing can be.
