Chicago Chef Susan Goss at Corbett's Feb. 28

Chef Susan Goss of Chicago's West Town Tavern will join Chef Dean Corbett and his team on Monday, Feb. 28, for a special four-course dinner. West Town Tavern recently won the 2011 Michelin Guide Chicago Bib award. At the Corbett's dinner, Goss will sell and sign her cookbook West Town Tavern – Contemporary Comfort Food.

The 6 p.m. dinner is $55 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Wine pairings will be offered for an additional $25 per person. For more information, or to reserve a table, call 327-5058.

The menu for the evening features recipes from Goss's cookbook.

First Course
Salad of Belgian endive with avocado, pink grapefruit, hazelnuts and hazelnut vinaigrette

Second Course
Parmesan-crusted skate with caramelized fennel and roasted pepper-caper relish

Third Course
Rosemary-roasted pork loin choucroute with maple-glazed pears and roasted potatoes

Fourth Course
Warm bread and butter pudding with raisins, roasted pecans and crème fraîche
